Passionate about the culinary world since childhood, I grew up immersed in Mediterranean flavors through the cooking of my grandparents in the Bekaa Valley—a region renowned for its vineyards, vast cereal fields, and commitment to organic farming since 1990. I dedicated my entire academic and professional journey to gastronomy, driven by the dream of one day opening my own restaurant where I could express myself and bring to life everything I have learned alongside great chefs.
From my early days in prestigious establishments in Beirut and Dubai to my experiences in Paris—at Drouant with Chef Antoine Westermann, at Tortuga atop the Galeries Lafayette alongside Julien Sebbag, and at JOÌA with Hélène Darroze—I have honed my craft and deepened my passion for refined cuisine.
Today, drawing on all these experiences, I invite you to LOOMI, in the heart of Levallois-Perret, for a culinary journey inspired by the land of the cedars. Here, traditional flavors are reimagined with elegance and precision, offering you an authentic and unforgettable experience that respects the seasonality of ingredients.
In a warm and sophisticated setting, we welcome you to savor a moment of relaxation in a convivial atmosphere. For private events, we also offer an intimate lounge space for small gatherings.
